Once again, Rosie and Bill say they are delighted with the visit of the HOTEL INSPECTOR, and are grateful to their team for all their hard work in achieving this award. “No way could we do this without them!”

the use of local and/or organic ingredients. Rosie’s home made preserves at breakfast are made from the plums, rhubarb and apples and pears in the garden and “we have never used any nasty things on them!”

The blueberrys in Rosie’s speciality home made muffins are bought in “as try as I may, I cannot get them to grow in the garden”. Also “it leaves more room for flowers” says Bill.
